New Batman ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Pictures
Entertainment Weekly’s new pictures for the latest Batman Movie The Dark Knight Rises.
The excitement is stirring up a lot of new Batman pictures all over the web. Christian Bale grazes the front pages of Entertainment Weekly.
In a year crowded with some of the most anticipated movies in years (The Hunger Games, The Hobbit, The Avengers, and The Amazing Spider-Man, to name just a few), The Dark Knight Rises might be the most anticipated of them all. The third and final installment in Inception director Christopher Nolan’s trilogy of Bat-flicks — which will once again star Christian Bale as the caped crusader and introduce Thomas Hardy as the brilliant, brutish terrorist Bane and Anne Hathaway as thepurrrrfectly mercurial Selina Kyle — will swing into theaters on July 20, four years after The Dark Knight ignited a cultural sensation, grossed $533 million, and earned Heath Ledger a posthumous Oscar. The new issue of Entertainment Weekly – our annual Forecast issue, which previews the pop culture year looming ahead — goes to the Rises set and offers some insight into how Team Nolan hopes to match their previous success. “I can tell you the truth because I’m done with it: I felt immense pressure,” Christian Bale tells EW. “And I think it’s a good pressure, because you owe it to the films — and the people’s expectations — to make great work.”
Batman/Bane Pose.
We have seen pictures like this all over the internet. The world wide web is actually polluted with these types of pictures so this is nothing new and exciting but here is another angle of the famous Batman versus Bane pose from the upcoming Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises.
Commissioner Gordon’s Solo Pose for the Upcoming Batman Movie.
This is the best picture out so far for the upcoming Batman movie. Gary Oldman has been a great actor that never really had his 15 minutes of fame but look at him now. To play such a big character like commissioner Gordon in the Batman Mythos is a big break for Gary Oldman.

Bane’s Close-Up.
This is the best picture of Bane’s face released by Nolan’s team. Before we were teased with side pictures and images that utilizes our imagination to piece together what Bane actually looks like. Is this a good sign for the movie or not? We cannot forget about Bane’s ‘super powers’: Bane’s Venom formula allows him to transform into a huge muscular freak-show that can throw cars and break through brick buildings. There has not been any leaked footage of Bane on the Venom formula on the internet, only Bane in his human form so is this a sign of Nolan’s twist at the end of his final Batman movie? Will Bane get access to the Venom Formula? Many has speculated that the Venom formula is derived from the Lazerus Pit from Raz Al Ghul’s infamous fountain of youth that allows him to stay alive for centuries. For more information on the speculation of the Lazerus Pit being in the new Batman movie, please check out New Batman.Net.
